Wood Pulp Meaning:
In commodity market terminology, Wood Pulp refers to wood that has been reduced either mechanically or chemically to pulp, a fine powdered substance. Wood Pulp is primarily used for the manufacture of paper, fiberboard, chemical products and paper board.

Wood Pulp futures trade on the CME Group’s Globex electronic trading platform. Contracts are for 20 metric tons of Wood Pulp and prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars per metric ton with a minimum fluctuation of $0.50 per metric ton or $10.00 per contract.
